Refund policy

Unused and Un-installed products are welcome to be returned to PYO in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns / exchanges must receive an RMA number from Paul Yaffe Originals to be accepted at our warehouse. Please contact Paul Yaffe Originals within 7 days of receiving the product for an RMA number. Products requested to be returned after 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items that are not in resellable condition which includes the product AND the packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for return shipping fees. To request a return/exchange RMA you can contact us at: [email protected] or call us at 888-411-7179. Authorized returns will be provided instructions on how to return your package. Product Returns must have a RMA number written on the outside of the return box to be accepted at our warehouse. Exchange products will not be released until the return product is received and inspected by Paul Yaffe Originals staff.

EU RETURNS & REFUNDS
14-day withdrawal window:
EU customers have 14 days to notify you of their intent to return
Return-after-notice timing: 7 days is how long you have to send the item back after notifying Paul Yaffe Originals
Refund timing: 7 business days after receiving your return is when you can expect your refund
Return shipping responsibility: Customer is responsible for return shipping
Standard outbound shipping refund: We refund the original shipping charge, not the return shipping
Exemptions: All final sale products, including but not limited to all items in the Yaffe's Garage collection are exempt from this EU Returns & Refunds policy

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, or MISSING PRODUCT:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if you feel the item has defects, damage, or if you’ve received the wrong item. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

MONKEY BARS:
All Monkey Bars must be shipped back in the original box, zip-tied to the protective backboard with corners protected, sock installed, and in new / resalable condition. Monkey Bars received improperly packaged or damaged will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee as well as damage assessment fees.

SIMPLE RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it. Items returned to PYO headquarters must have been purchased from PYO directly. Products must be unused and include all components with its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt / proof of purchase to process a return. If the product in question was purchased from a Paul Yaffe Originals authorized dealer or other outlet, please contact your specific reseller to handle the return process. They in turn can contact us to process the return providing they purchased the item from us.

PROCESSING:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item usually within 7 days of receipt. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method provided the return falls into our 7 day guidelines. Items outside of our guidelines will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and a store credit will be created to your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post any refunds.

WARRANTIES:
It is your sole responsibility as a consumer to choose and determine the suitability of any PYO product for use in your particular application. As the end user, only you can make these determinations. Furthermore, all PYO products that require additional fitment and finishing (composite products, unfinished steel, and aluminum parts) must be completely installed and determined correct in fitment “BEFORE” final paint / finishing is applied. PYO offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of its products however, PYO is not responsible for any paint, chrome, epoxy, or powder-coated finishes applied after initial purchase.
